- Prices are in US Dollars and include all sales and hotel taxes.
- Reservations will be placed immediately after your request however will be confirmed only upon reception and processing of your payment.
- Change of dates are subject to availability and a $10.00 fee.
- Cancellations made with 30 days of anticipation are subject to a $10.00 penalty fee.
- Cancellations made with 29 to 15 days of anticipation are subject either to a $10.00 penalty fee or 30% of the total cost.
- No refund will be made if cancellation is made with less of 15 days of anticipation or if by any reason there is a no-show.
- All notifications of cancellations and requests for refunds or date changes must be made in writing and include all pertinent information. All will be processed immediately upon reception.
